Tuition and Housing Costs

For the 2013 - 2014 Academic Year:

  • Tuition is the same as on campus
  • Housing is $4,940
  • An internet connection is included in the housing charge
  • No dining plan
  • You pay the same tuition for your Washington semester as you do for a semester on campus. Any installment payment arrangements with the Bursar Office continue to be in effect. All financial aid also remains in effect, although some adjustments in workstudy allotments and housing grants may be made. Be sure to check with your financial aid counselor.

Housing charges are set for each academic year. For the 2013-14 year, the housing charge is $4,940 per student, whether you live in a double or triple occupancy unit. There are no additional charges for utilities or local phone service.

There is no dining plan. Each unit has a full kitchen and you prepare your own meals or eat at one of the many delis and restaurants nearby. Food costs are probably a bit higher than in Ithaca and there is no Wegman's in the city!

Clothing expenses may a bit more since business attire is the norm for externs.

The building has internet access and wireless access is available. There is no additional charge for this service.
