Arts

From the National Gallery of Art to the National Endowment for the Arts, from the National Air and Space Museum to the National Museum of American History, from the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts to the American Symphony Orchestra League, Washington offers opportunities to work for some of the most important arts institutions in the world. Washington is also home to a wide range of smaller galleries, museums, theaters and performance spaces which welcome help from enthusiastic externs. A few examples of possible externships in the arts are:
