Housing

The Program is housed in the Cornell University Wolpe Center at:

2148 O St NW
Washington, DC 20037
(202) 466-2184

The Center has twenty-seven apartments and the ground floor offers space for academic, administrative, and social purposes.

The residential units consist of two types of apartments: two person studios, and three person one bedrooms. You will receive a housing form to identify the people with whom you want to share the apartment and to give us more details to help us match you with like-minded students.

All apartments are supplied with basic utilities and are well equipped with furniture.

Each apartment has:

  • a private bathroom
  • a full kitchen (not included: dishwasher, microwave, toaster)
  • independently operated heating/air conditioning units
  • ethernet connections
  • a single port for cable television

Apartment furnishings include bunk beds, dressers, desks and chairs, and lamps.

You are responsible for providing certain items:

  • bed linens, pillows, and towels
  • pots, pans, dishes, and utensils
  • shower curtains
  • waste baskets, dish racks, cleaning materials, and such things of personal use.

    Housing Assignments:

Once we have your registration form, we will send you a housing questionnaire. This information will assist us in assigning roommates. If you know a person you want to share with, you can indicate it on the form.
